I had a stillborn baby boy in May 1997 called Daniel Ryan. To this day I still miss him so much. I volunteer to help others going through the loss of a baby whether its mum, dad or other relative
Sharon - Befriender
Sharon had a little baby girl called Georgina. She has volunteered for Sands for a number of years and is a valued member of the team
Simon - Befriender
Simon is married to Sharon. Simon completed his volunteer training with Karen and attends to help from a man's perspectiv
Joy - Befriender
Joy also had a little boy and he was also called Daniel. Joy has been a volunteer for a number of years and is a valued member of the team
Rhian - Senior Midwife
Rhian works at our two local hospitals, Princess Royal and Shrewsbury. Rhian can help with medical jargon and offer re-assurance
Rosie - Volunteer
Rosie has recently joined us having lost her baby boy called Teddy. Rosie wants to give back the support she received after her sad loss
